IF YOU CANCEL YOUR POST(S)
AND REQUEST A REFUND...

  • If your cancellation is received (and read) by us at least 12 hours before your announcement can be posted, you will receive a full refund—no fees will be deducted.

  • If you sign up for a month’s worth of postings ($15.00) and decide to cancel after any announcements have been posted, we will deduct a $5.00 processing fee.

  • This refund policy does not apply to special discounts. If you send in a rebate coupon with your submission, taking advantage of a special discount, then cancel your post, that discount, plus the pertinent processing fee, will be deducted from your refund.
NO CHARGEBACKS, PLEASE!

If you want a refund, please DO NOT contact your credit-card company and enter a chargeback. Contact us first, and we’ll be happy to send you a refund check or enter the refund in your account ourselves. We prefer to avoid customers’ chargebacks. Avoiding chargebacks helps us to do a better job of managing our financial record-keeping.
